About us

We created Devicecover to offer affordable and reliable gadget insurance to you at the time you most need it - when first buying your mobile phone or tablet. At Devicecover we're committed to transparency, clarity and treating our customers fairly - so you can be confident that you'll get the excellent service you expect.

So why choose Devicecover insurance?

As well as offering cover for accidental damage, mechanical breakdown, theft and loss, our policies offer a number of additional features that you might not get from other mobile insurance companies:

Friendly UK based customer support

We have an award-winning claims team ready to help reunite you with your phone. They're available between 8.30 am and 6.30 pm Monday to Friday and between 8.30 am and 1 pm on Saturday.

Claims won't affect your other insurances

It might seem cheaper to add your phone to your contents cover, but if you need to make a claim your insurance premium could rocket. Insuring separately with Devicecover means you don't need to lose your home insurance no claims bonus.

Cover for use by your immediate family

All our policies cover your gadgets when being used by your immediate family. This includes your mother, father, son, daughter, spouse and domestic partner and any family memeber that resides with you.
